Social media SaaS with 10K+ paying customers. I migrated the payment provider and reworked the self-service subscription funnel and pricing. Later moved to the mobile app, setup the CD pipeline to stores, reducing deployment time from days to less than an hour. Finally been in charge of tech debt through cross-stack maintenance.

Freelance project. They had one Docker container on shared hosting, deployed by hand. I set up CloudFormation with ECS/Fargate, gave them staging + production environments, and wired up automated deploys. Night and day difference for their workflow.

Translation management platform. Joined when we were 4 engineers, left when we were 20. I ran the bigbang migration from AngularJS, built our CI/CD from scratch (releases went from weeks to days), and owned the main frontend interfaces. Also mentored juniors as the team grew.
